To improve reliability and performance of Piles.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data may only be disclosed if required by law or to comply with valid legal requests.

4. Storage & Deletion

Your data is stored on servers located in Germany. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

Regular backups are made for operational security, but deleted data will be purged from backups within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your data. You may also request a copy of your data or withdraw consent at any time.
